• Vietnam delegation to attend the General Assembly of WIPO in 2010

   

  Vietnam delegation by Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Quan led the meeting attended the General Assembly's 48 th Annual Intellectual Property Organization World (WIPO), held from 20 to September 30, 2010 in Geneva, Switzerland.
  

• Rights filed for protection of industrial designs

  The right to file industrial design, first of all belong to the author or his legal successor of the author;

• International trademark registration through the Madrid Agreement

  Trademark registration through the Madrid Agreement is a form of application for international registration shall apply to a member country of the Madrid Agreement (including 56 countries including Vietnam). The filing of trademark registration will be conducted at the International Bureau and the applicant will be assigned to a member country of the Madrid.
