Mr. Quang Xuyen Nghiem is a lawyer – Senior Adviser of PHOENIX LAW, focuses on dispute resolution and investment.

Before joining with PHOENIX LAW, Mr.Xuyen had worked for The Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam, occupied the position of Department’s Chief.

Being responsible for investment consultancy at PHOENIX LAW, Mr.Xuyen has successfully advised for many corporation plans between local and foreign investors. Moreover, with years of experience of litigation at Court, Mr.Xuyen has also advised successfully in many criminal cases, commercial and real estate dispute resolution. 

Some notable activities:
Mr. Xuyen had been educated and trained at Russian Federation School of Probation Prosecutor (1989); Prosecution Training Course in Japan (1990), Prosecution Training Course in Norway (1999).
Joining in The Government’s delegation, arriving Australia in the provision of Conversation project on Human Rights (2007).
Teaching in Prosecution Training Courses in Hanoi and HoChiMinh city.
In studying, Mr.Xuyen has presented various articles and speeches contributing opinions to amend and supplement The Criminal Law and Law on Criminal Procedure.

- Russian Federation School of Probation Prosecutor (Russia);
- Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration;
- Training courses on prosecution profession.
