Mr. Pham Cuong is a lawyer – Senior Adviser of PHOENIX LAW, focuses on dispute resolution and commercial transference.

Mr.Pham Cuong has years of experience in litigation in Vietnam. Working in Prosecution from 1980 to 2009, Mr.Cuong has been Deputy Prosecutor General of Thanh Hoa People’s Procuracy.

Joining PHOENIX LAW, Mr.Cuong has successfully advised many cases concerning Commerce, Financial and Banking, Real estate,...Moreover, with years of experience in litigation, especially criminal litigation, Mr.Cuong has been successful in many criminal cases, Dispute resolution and compensation to fully protect to clients’ interests.

Mr.Cuong has coorporated with many Prosecution Agencies, universities and Bar Associations in Australia (2004), in New Zealand (2005) and taked part in many other training courses abroad.

Mr.Cuong was one of the Founding Members of Thanh Hoa Lawyers Association.
In studying, Mr.Cuong has a lot of articles and speeches contributed to amend and supplement to Criminal Law, Law on Criminal Procedure and also other related professional issues such as Analysis and Evaluate evidence in Criminal cases; Experience in solving Traffic cases; Experience in Dispute resolution concerning to Estate Property,…; Speeches at many conferences on amendment of Criminal Law and Law on Criminal Procedure; Improve the Independence of Proceeding Agencies.
