Mr.Hung is a senior lawyer who works as Manager Partner of PHOENIX LAW in investment consultancy, enterprise establishment, restructuring and acquisition.
Mr.Hung has taken part in some notable cases, such as:
- Mr.Hung was attorney who directly advised SamSung Electronic Corporation and other subcontractors including Samsung Everlan (constructing prevent and fight fire system), Sebomec (constructing ventilation and heater system), Doowoon (constructing electronic system),…in Samsung’s  mobile producing plan at Yen Phong industrial zone, Bac Ninh.
- Mr.Hung has sucessfully advised and represented to Melinh Plaza commercial ground when it resettled its office from Vinh Phuc to Hanoi with whole previous investment supports. This was such a complicated case because The People’s Committee of Hanoi City did not agree with those supports that Vinh Phuc Province had presented for TM Trans Corporation (The investor of Melinh Plaza and Eurowindow). In several years, the plan had been advised by many other law firms but remained failed until PHOENIX LAW.
- Mr.Hung directly advised for VietTrung grind stone Joint Venture in extending the duration of Investment certification while the company did not perform the reregistration procedure. This was an unsound regulation of investment law system when foreign capital enterprise was ineligible to extend investment duration in Vietnam without reregistration. In the recent session, The National Assembly has amended the Article 170 of Law on Enterprise in order to give approval to Foreign capital Enterprise to perform extending procedure within two years since the previous certification’s expiration.  
- Mr.Hung and partners have advised for Center of Electric power when it amended the management structure.
- Mr.Hung and partners has advised for enterprises which are the members of PetroVietnam such as PetroVietnam construction joint stock corporation (PVC), PetroVietnam Nghe An construction joint stock corporation,...during their restructuring.
- Mr Hung and partners has advised for member enterprises of PetrolVietnam in transference of Hoang Mai industrial zone from PVNC (a member of PetrolVietnam) to V.I.P (a Japanese company).
- Mr Hung and partners has advised for NC Corporation (Korea) in many plans related to land trasference, Phu My industrial zone, Hon Ro Nha Trang tourism zone.
